The role supports project execution, controls production costs, and provides technical help to customers throughout all project stages.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p>Inquiry Management and Costing</p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries and review incoming requests</li><li>Analyze RFQs and prepare accurate cost estimates using standard tools and processes</li></ul><p>Offer Development and Compliance</p><ul><li>Prepare and submit offers in line with technical and commercial requirements</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to clarify missing or unclear details</li><li>Support supplier negotiations by providing technical and cost input</li></ul><p>Techno-Commercial Proposal Preparation</p><ul><li>Compile detailed techno-commercial proposals based on customer specifications</li><li>Review purchase orders and confirm alignment with the authority matrix</li></ul><p>Project Execution and Modifications</p><ul><li>Assist in preparing service and modification offers during project execution</li><li>Coordinate with relevant departments to track budget, delivery, and execution milestones</li></ul><p>Production Cost Control</p><ul><li>Apply ERP tools to support cost tracking in production processes</li><li>Follow up on routing, process releases, and cost accuracy across production stages</li></ul><p>Customer and Sales Support</p><ul><li>Join Sales Engineers in customer meetings to provide technical support</li><li>Support Marketing Engineers with clarifications to ensure technical submittal approval</li><li>Address client, consultant, and contractor queries across various project stages</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><p>HR Proficiency:</p><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.</li></ul><p>Delivery:</p><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><p>Problem-Solving:</p><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><p>Quality:</p><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul><p>Business Process Improvements:</p><ul><li>Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><p>Compliance:</p><ul><li>Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><p>Health, Safety, and Environment:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualification</h3><p>Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field</p><h3>Work Experience</h3><p>5 to 10 Years</p><h3>Technical / Functional Competencies</h3><p>Oral/Written Communications Negotiating Business Acumen Feasibility/Cost/Benefits Analysis Cost/Time Estimating</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
