The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing patient-centered care in a homecare setting and be willing to relocate to various areas within Abu Dhabi as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing wound care.Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions and using medical equipment.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.QualificationsValid Registered Nurse license or Eligibility (DHA or DOH).Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a homecare or similar setting.Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Flexibility to relocate to various areas within Abu Dhabi.Competitive salary package.Provided Accommodation and Transportation.Professional development opportunities and support for continued education.Supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
