Stakeholder Manager

Join JASARA PMC as a Stakeholder Manager, where you will be at the forefront of managing relationships with key stakeholders for our diverse projects. This role is crucial in maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring that stakeholder interests, concerns, and expectations are adequately addressed throughout the project lifecycle. As a Stakeholder Manager, you will develop and implement engagement strategies that align with JASARA PMC’s commitment to delivering exceptional infrastructure solutions while building lasting relationships with communities, clients, and other relevant parties.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage key stakeholders throughout the various stages of project development.Develop and execute effective stakeholder engagement plans tailored to meet project objectives.Facilitate ongoing communication between stakeholders and project teams through meetings, reports, and feedback sessions.Analyze stakeholder feedback and input, utilizing insights to inform project improvements and enhance overall satisfaction.Address any stakeholder issues or concerns promptly and effectively to foster positive relationships.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate stakeholder needs and insights into project planning and implementation.Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities and satisfaction levels.Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.15 years of experience in stakeholder management, community engagement, or public relations, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.Demonstrable ability to create and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating discussions and negotiations.Ability to analyze information and feedback to derive actionable insights.Highly organized with the versatility to manage multiple projects and priorities.Preferably Saudi NationalFluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
