Provide the highest standards of customer service by demonstrating excellent knowledge of products and servicesEnsure awareness and vigilance at all times of safety / security in the store without any negligencePatiently address all customer related grievances or get a concrete solution from superiors and feel customer satisfied with best shopping experienceEnsure that all sections/cash/back-store are neat and clean and all items are correctly pricedEnsure Product knowledge workbooks/manuals are completed/studied in the given timeEnsure the highest standards of merchandising and housekeeping standards are maintained in store at all timesEnsure correct rotation of stock on the shelvesMaintaining adequate stock on shelves and correct signage is displayedAccurate stock ordering to maximize salesParticipate in morning briefings and other meetings actively and utilize relevant information for self and business developmentCarry out and support in all Audits of the store and implement given suggestions on timeMinimize all types of losses i.e. damages, shoplifting etc taking place in the storeTrain and support newly recruited staff and feel them comfortable in their assignmentsAbout UsOur journey started in 1973 with a single store in Bahrain.
