Our culture values sustainable growth, no shortcuts, and a resilient mindset.Learn more about us at www.webengage.com.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesManage top enterprise accounts and drive revenue.Manage existing business and cross/up‑sell within the same account or across group accounts (large enterprise clients/prospects).Strategically map accounts at different levels to establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, including CXOs.Participate in and conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).Analyse business potential, conceptualise and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.Implement processes to improve the quality of deliverables and reduce turnaround time.Resolve conflicts and ensure compliance on client deliverables and revenue.Identify client goals and represent their interests to internal teams.Work closely with the project and CSM teams to maintain continuous knowledge of project/account status, identifying potential issues and opportunities.Proactively identify risks in enterprise accounts.Drive customer references and case studies, and increase speaker participation.Provide strong account management to existing clients, offering support and informing them of new products and services that may benefit their business.Ideal Candidate4+ years of relevant experience in a customer‑facing role (customer success or account management) within a SaaS environment.Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic.Preferably holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.Domain experience in analytics, data, databases, or business intelligence is preferred.Go‑getter with a strong work ethic, self‑directed, and resourceful.Excellent communication skills.Experience with digital marketing products is an added advantage.Life At WebEngageWe take transparency seriously, offering full visibility of team goals and monthly & quarterly town hall meetings.We foster a highly inclusive work culture that promotes a relaxed, creative, and productive environment.We practice autonomy, open communication, and growth opportunities while maintaining work‑life balance.We host company‑sponsored off‑sites once a year to relax and bond with colleagues (post‑pandemic).Perks & BenefitsLearning is a way of life.
