Supervisor, Leasing Logistics & Retail

Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Leasing Logistics Supervisor to support and oversee leasing activities for a portfolio that includes logistics warehouses as well as retail assets (offices and showrooms). The role will be responsible for identifying potential tenants, supporting lease negotiations, and contributing to the commercialization strategy of the assets while ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue generation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage leasing activities for logistics warehouses & Retail spaces, offices, showrooms.Identify and approach potential tenants in both retail and logistics sectors.Assist in negotiating lease terms, agreements, and commercial conditions.Prepare and maintain leasing fact sheets, technical documents, and asset information required for tenant presentations.Coordinate with internal teams including development, and project teams to ensure alignment between leasing activities and project timelines.Maintain and update leasing pipelines and CRM or leasing management systems.Support marketing initiatives and commercialization strategies to attract potential tenants.Conduct market research and benchmarking within the retail and logistics real estate markets.Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and pipeline tracking for management.Requirements5–8 years of experience in leasing within the real estate sector.Proven experience in leasing logistics warehouses and retail assets (offices, showrooms, or retail spaces).Strong understanding of leasing documentation, fact sheets, and technical asset information.Experience using leasing systems, CRM platforms, or commercial real estate tools.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple leasing opportunities simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Saudi nationality required.Preferred SkillsStrong knowledge of the logistics and industrial real estate market in Saudi Arabia.Ability to support leasing strategies and tenant mix planning.Understanding of commercial analysis and leasing revenue structures.Experience dealing with logistics operators, 3PL companies, and retail tenants.Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
