<div><h3>Job title: Supply Chain Specialist</h3><p>Responsible for Supply Chain Management in KSA, including Imports/Exports, Customs Operations, Logistics&Transportation Coordination, Demand Planning, and support for RSA.</p><h3>Your Role</h3><ul><li>Manage customs and export control processes for KSA&RSA, ensuring compliance and timely declarations.</li><li>Coordinate logistics and transportation, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.</li><li>Support demand planning through data analysis, forecasting, and alignment of demand and supply.</li><li>Maintain trade compliance expertise, SAP master data, export classifications, and documentation.</li><li>Audit service providers, ensure adherence to processes, and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, brokers, and local authorities to support business needs.</li><li>Contribute to PDCA cycles, KPI tracking, and operational improvements.</li></ul><h3>You're The Right Fit If</h3><ul><li>4+ years in Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, Export/Import operations in KSA.</li><li>Experience in META markets and Demand Planning.</li><li>Background in logistics, transportation, and distribution.</li><li>Supply Chain Management, Trade Compliance, ERP systems.</li><li>Forecasting, RCA, data analysis.</li><li>Transport planning, customs documentation, risk management.</li><li>KPI, cost, and process improvement capabilities.</li><li>Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Customs Administration, or equivalent vocational education.</li><li>Fluent in English&Arabic.</li><li>Motivation to grow across META and expand into other ISC/IWD functions.</li><li>Strong alignment with Philips culture.</li></ul><h3>How We Work Together</h3><p>We believe that we are better together than apart.
