Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Support Engineer to provide technical support and infrastructure solutions across assigned areas, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operationsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and in-personTroubleshoot and resolve user issues related to operating systems, applications, and other IT servicesAssist users with account setup, password resets, and other access-related inquiriesMaintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQsMonitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-upAssist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment such as computers, printers, and networking devicesConduct training sessions for employees on new software applications and IT policiesEscalate complex issues to senior IT staff or other departments as neededStay current with technology trends and advancements to provide relevant support to usersRequirementsAssociate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferredProven experience in IT support.Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologyExcellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical problemshand on experience on several operating systems ( windows , Linux , Etc.)Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCustomer-focused attitude and commitment to providing quality serviceFamiliarity with ticketing systems and IT service management best practicesKnowledge of network protocols and administration is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
