About this opportunityWe're looking for a talented MS Core and Cloud Specialist at Ericsson, where you'll have the chance to showcase your technology leadership skills for our Core and Cloud domains. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our Managed Services deliveries, in accordance with the needs of the Ericsson Operations Engine.What you will doDesign and deploy solutions on cloud services including compute, storage, automation services and cloud integrations.Implement cloud-based automation pipelines and workflows. Design and support cloud-native architectures using microservices, containerization and orchestration platforms.Support containerized and virtualized environments where automation services are deployed.Perform cloud-native platform operations and maintenance including containerized workloads, orchestration platforms, monitoring, scaling and troubleshooting.Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of cloud solutions and automation in production environments.Drive technical architecture for automation platforms integrating enterprise systems, telecom devices and cloud services.Use AI/ML models and automation to enhance operational workflows, data analysis and troubleshooting.Build AI driven automation workflows and Agentic AI solutions capable of executing tasks, orchestrating APIs and supporting operational decision making.Develop and integrate REST APIs and automate API consumption across enterprise and cloud platforms.Design and implement data pipelines and ETL automation using Python and SQL for high volume data processing.Perform database automation including bulk data operations, performance tuning, and SQL optimization using SQL Server, PL/SQL and SSIS.Perform advanced troubleshooting across automation platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs and data pipelines.Monitor automation delivery and ensure quality, scalability and reliability of automation solutions.Work in managed services environments supporting complex telecom or enterprise infrastructure.Work with project teams to build automation business cases, design solutions and assign tasks to automation engineers.Prepare and review technical documentation, solution architecture documents and automation project artifacts.Demonstrate strong ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement mindset while supporting evolving network and cloud environments.The skills you bringDegree in Telecommunication, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or equivalentHave a minimum 4 to 5 years of hands on experienceExcellent Cloud, AI & Automation knowledgeHighly developed knowledge in Agile working environmentHighly developed Ericsson services & support knowledgeSelf team playerAct as mentor for the teamInnovative thinkerExceptional knowledge and skills in business understandingExceptional English languageAdvanced communication knowledge and skills, including presentation, interpersonal and influencing skillsCustomer interfaceWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you’ll have an outstanding opportunity.
