You will partner closely with business leaders to align hiring plans with organizational goals and ensure a strong talent pipeline across all functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business unitsDevelop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality and diverse talentPartner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring prioritiesManage, mentor, and guide the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and KPIsDrive employer branding initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn and job portalsOversee screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure quality hiring decisionsBuild and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and future rolesEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journeyMonitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectivenessStay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in talent acquisitionEnsure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and organizational standardsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial roleProven experience handling high-volume and leadership hiringStrong understanding of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employer brandingExcellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead teams and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneouslyProficiency in ATS systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, JobsAisle, and JobsAisle.comStrong analytical and reporting skillsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to lead recruitment for a growing and diversified organizationExposure to multi-sector hiring across regional and international marketsCollaborative and performance-driven work culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
