Each concept is a testament to our commitment to innovative experiences,Role Summary:Lead and execute the company’s talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across retail or F&B operations. Support business expansion, store openings, and workforce planning while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.Manage full-cycle recruitment (from requisition to onboarding).Lead mass hiring for operational roles and recruit for managerial positions.Oversee workforce planning and recruitment budgeting.Monitor and improve KPIs (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire).Lead and develop the recruitment team.Build employer branding initiatives and external partnerships.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.Optimize recruitment processes and ATS utilization.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in Retail or F&B.Proven leadership and team management experience.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with high-volume recruitment and ATS platforms.#J-18808-Ljbffr
