Job Description
To lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent development and performance management strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the right skills, development plans, and performance frameworks to drive growth, enhance capability, and support succession planning across the business.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIESKey Accountability AreasKey ActivitiesMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement talent development frameworks aligned with business goalsIdentify and close skill gaps across departmentsEnsure learning initiatives support career pathing and growthLead the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year, year-end)Maintain and improve the performance management system and toolsGuide managers on feedback, calibration, and performance discussionsOversee training programs that build employee capabilitiesEvaluate training effectiveness and adjust strategies as neededCollaborate with departments to meet development needsDrive the use of tools like the 9-box grid to identify top talentDevelop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs)Support leadership pipeline and succession planning initiativesTrack and report talent and performance KPIsAnalyze data to drive insights and improvementsMaintain dashboards for visibility on talent metricsAct as an advisor to leaders on talent and performance topicsFacilitate talent reviews, workshops, and coaching sessionsAlign with HRBPs and business leaders on workforce development prioritiesPeople ManagementParticipate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective DepartmentManage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and proceduresSet performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performanceUphold a high-performance working environment and promote the Organization’s Values#J-18808-Ljbffr
