Our core courses of study are aligned with North American standards and we pride ourselves in providing a top quality classroom environment for our students.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our educational team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting lead teachers and contributing to the academic and personal growth of our students.Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activitiesProvide individualized support to students, helping them understand and complete assignmentsCollaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentAssist in preparing educational materials and setting up classroom spacesSupport student assessment processes and maintain accurate records of student progressSupervise students during non-classroom times such as lunch, recess, and field tripsAssist with classroom management and reinforce positive behavior strategiesParticipate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate student progress as neededAdapt teaching materials and approaches to meet diverse learning needsStay current with educational technology and assist in its implementation in the classroomQualificationsBachelor's degree in Education or related field preferredTeaching Assistant certification or equivalent preferredPrior experience working with children in an educational settingStrong classroom management and organizational skillsProficiency in lesson planning support and student assessment techniquesExcellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills highly desirableDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentPatience and ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilitiesProficiency in using educational software and basic computer skillsUnderstanding of child development and learning theoriesFamiliarity with educational standards and practices in Saudi ArabiaWillingness to work in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to the local cultureAbility to maintain a supportive and nurturing classroom environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
