This role ensures accurate and timely recording of revenue in line with IFRS 15 and internal policies, providing strategic oversight of revenue assurance activities including pricing accuracy, contract alignment, and financial integrity. As a key leader, you will manage and mentor the revenue team, drive process consistency, strengthen internal controls, and support financial planning and strategic decision-making by overseeing forecasting and performance reporting. You will collaborate with Commercial, Contracts, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve revenue matters and continuously improve revenue governance and systems.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end revenue recognition and validation to ensure compliance with accounting standards, contractual terms, and company policies.Lead, coach, and develop the revenue team, managing performance and fostering continuous improvement.Supervise revenue forecasting, analyze trends, and support financial planning and scenario analysis.Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and internal governance frameworks, maintaining strong revenue controls and supporting audits.Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Contracts, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve revenue-related issues and align financial and operational objectives.Prepare and review revenue dashboards and management reports, providing clear financial insights and recommendations.Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to optimize revenue management.Who we are looking forWe seek an experienced finance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or related field; a Master’s degree and professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA are highly preferred. You bring at least 7 years of experience in revenue management, financial planning & analysis, or commercial finance, including 1-3 years in a supervisory role. Your expertise includes deep knowledge of IFRS 15 revenue recognition, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership capabilities. You have a track record of implementing internal controls, driving team performance, and collaborating effectively across commercial and operational functions.
