<div><p>As we dont have a legal entity in the UAE this collaboration will be based on a service agreement between Fronius and the independent Technical Advisor.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Providing technical advice for customers distributors and dealers</li><li>Welding/technical software commissioning/system integration</li><li>Operating and programming robot control units Automation (mainly Cladding&Orbital)</li><li>Arranging technical training events for distributors dealers and end clients in the region</li><li>Welding / electrical / mechanical and software technical installation / commissioning / verification production support creating parameters of mechanized welding systems</li><li>Cooperation to generate sales and contracts in coordination with Representative</li><li>Providing support for complex system configurations</li><li>System integration on location</li><li>Interface between Representative and ESM TechSupport International&Automation</li><li>Mechanized welding using Fronius system controllers (standard components)</li><li>Being the first contact point for all service issues from PW from all countries in the Middle East in coordination with Fronius International</li><li>Responsible for after and presales activities of PW</li><li>Being involved in all presales discussions of the big projects for PW the automation systems and robotics</li><li>Responsible of all kind of services in regards to automation products and systems as well as robotic welding systems</li></ul><p>You will report directly to the responsible Export Sales Manager for the region.</p><h3>Skills&Requirements</h3><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Understanding of welding processes and equipment</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to welding equipment</li><li>Experience in B2B business preferably in the welding or industrial equipment sector</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Ability to explain complex technical concepts</li><li>Presentation skills for demonstrations and client meetings</li><li>Strong focus on customer satisfaction</li><li>Ability to provide aftersales support and handle customer complaints effectively</li><li>Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions</li><li>Understanding of cultural nuances in the Middle East</li><li>Certifications in welding technology or engineering (preferred)</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 35 years of experience in technical sales preferably in the welding industry</li><li>Electrical knowledge</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus</li><li>Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East region</li><li>Valid residency status or ability to obtain a work visa for the UAE</li><li>Strong team player with the ability to work independently</li><li>High level of selfmotivation and initiative</li><li>Valid drivers license</li></ul><p>Are you ready for Fronius Apply online now and become part of the Fronius family!</p><p><b>Required Experience:</b></p><p>Unclear Seniority</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
