We are growing fast — and we are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who does not just manage projects but leads them. This is a senior, high-visibility role. You will own Programs end-to-end — from the moment we respond to an RFP, through delivery, and into managed services. You will advise clients, mentor internal teams, and help shape how we grow as a delivery organization hands on.ResponsibilitiesOwn programs end-to-end from RFP response through delivery and into managed services.Advise clients, mentor internal teams, and help shape how we grow as a delivery organization.Lead and manage complex, multi-workstream engagements with a track record of success (10+ years of technical project and program delivery).Ensure delivery of GenAI, data, and advanced analytics solutions with practical, hands-on knowledge.Manage the full engagement lifecycle: RFP response, project delivery, and post-go-live managed services.Engage with senior and executive-level clients; regional stakeholder management is advantageous.Operate in large enterprise or government delivery environments, including sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, or Public Sector.Navigate multi-vendor delivery with complex dependencies and distributed teams.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related technical field.You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be able to hold your own in a technical conversation.Strong familiarity with AI and ML solution delivery, including model development lifecycles, data pipelines, RAG, and agentic AI architectures.Up-to-date awareness of the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.Cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with microservices, containerization, and distributed system design.Data platforms: data lakes, data warehouses, analytics ecosystems, and data engineering pipelines.APIs, system integration, and enterprise application architectures.DevOps, CI/CD practices, and modern SDLC methodologies.Agile/Scrum/SAFe and hybrid delivery frameworks; Jira and equivalent tooling.Program Leadership: end-to-end delivery lifecycle management, scope/roadmaps/governance from day one.Ability to drive sprint and release planning across distributed engineering, data, and AI teams.Strong risk, dependency, budget, and timeline management with rigorous documentation and controls.Experience leading PMO practices, reporting cadences, and delivery metrics.Excellent client advisory and stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate complex technical delivery at executive levels.Experience with multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments, aligning priorities and maintaining momentum.RFP and pre-sales contribution: actively writing, structuring, and shaping bids.Ability to estimate scope, effort, and delivery approaches for complex AI, data, and platform programs.AdditionalAI & Data Delivery lead delivery of AI and machine learning solutions, data engineering pipelines, analytics platforms, and cloud infrastructure programs. Coordinate effectively with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams. Manage delivery across cloud-native (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem environments, microservices architectures, API ecosystems, and CI/CD pipelines. Team leadership and mentoring to foster delivery excellence and cross-border collaboration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
