We are looking for a seasoned Technical Manager – Joinery / Woodwork Factory to oversee technical coordination, production accuracy, and quality across all factory operations.Advance Your Career as a Technical Manager – Joinery & WoodworkYou will play a critical role in bridging design, engineering, and production, ensuring that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and superior craftsmanship. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex technical operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities – Technical Manager (Joinery / Woodwork)Lead, review, and approve shop drawings, cutting lists, and material schedules.Ensure all technical deliverables comply with project specifications and quality standards.Coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.Support factory production by resolving technical challenges and ensuring correct fabrication methods.Oversee quality control across all stages: cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing.Manage material selection and optimize production processes to minimize waste.Supervise, mentor, and develop the technical team, including draftsmen, engineers, and CNC programmers.Skills, Experience & Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Minimum of 8 yearsof experience in joinery or woodwork manufacturing, including managerial responsibilities.Strong technical knowledge of woodwork fabrication techniques, materials, and finishing systems.High proficiency in AutoCAD and woodworking software; CNC programming knowledge is a strong advantage.Proven leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.Nationality requirement: Lebanese or Syrian.Reporting StructureReports to: Factory Manager / Operations DirectorSupervises: Technical Office TeamWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package aligned with experience and expertise.A leadership role within a well-established joinery and woodwork operation.Opportunity to work on high-quality, technically complex projects.A professional environment that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Ready to Lead Technical Excellence?If you have a passion for joinery engineering and enjoy driving quality and efficiency in production environments, we encourage you to apply and take the next step in your career.We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome qualified candidates who meet the role requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
