We are looking for talented individuals eager to develop in international markets while contributing to the company’s future in a constructive and supportive manner.ResponsibilitiesThe Manager – Technical Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of the organization’s technical infrastructure and systems. This position is accountable for Technical Support in delivering 24/7 operational support, managing system and network operations, implementing monitoring solutions, and maintaining centralized tools and services. The role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise in Linux/Unix/Windows systems, networking, monitoring platforms, and proven people’s management capabilities:Act as technical sponsor and signatory for systems onboarded into managed services, reviewing and approving solution architectures with focus on operability, supportability, reliability, resilience, and scalability.Lead Production Readiness Reviews (PRR) prior to go-live, define and validate SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, and ensure architectural decisions align with contractual and operational commitments.Act as L3/L4 technical escalation owner for major or complex production incidents, lead technical triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews.Define and maintain technical and operational standards for managed services, ensuring monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing meet service requirements.Review and approve operational runbooks, escalation paths, and recovery procedures, and assess technical impact of changes on production stability and SLA/SLOsProvide architectural guidance on observability design (metrics, logs, traces) and guide teams on effective troubleshooting patterns for distributed systemsCoordinate across engineering, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure teams, and external vendors during incident response and drive corrective and preventive actions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years in technical operations or systems administration3-5 years managing technical teams in 24/7 production environmentsStrong experience in Linux/Unix/Windows system administration and troubleshootingStrong experience in networking knowledge (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, load balancing)Expert in monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, Datadog)Scripting experience (Bash, Python) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with ITIL framework and operational tools (Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab).Preferred QualificationsITIL Foundation Certification or higher (ITIL 4 preferred)Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Professional)Linux certifications (RHCE, LPIC-2, or equivalent)Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-transaction volume environmentsKnowledge of security standards and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS)Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps practicesFamiliarity with APM tools (New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace)Why you’ll love working hereWorking in start-up environment, English-speaking, with opportunity to be part of innovation team and global projects.Onsite opportunities in UAE (United Arab Emirates) and KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).13th-month salary, performance bonusPremium Health insurance for employees and family members (depending on level), Annual Health Check, Government Insurance in probation14++ days of Annual leave and 5 days of Outing leaveLunch allowance and free parkingTaxi & phone allowance (depending on level)#J-18808-Ljbffr
