Technical Operations Manager

Lynx International is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Technical Operations Manager to lead and manage our technical service delivery across various portfolios. You will be responsible for overseeing integrated facility management contracts, project-based technical works, fit-outs, and reactive maintenance assignments.This role demands a leader with exceptional project execution capabilities, vendor and team coordination, and a strong ability to deliver results under strict deadlines. You will be the central figure ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, cost control, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day operations of integrated facilities management (IFM) contractsSupervise ad-hoc and project works, including MEP, civil, and minor worksOversee planning and execution of fit-out and interior decor projects as per client specsMonitor team performance, subcontractor execution, and cost controlMaintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates, reviews, and supportHandle site inspections, quality control, safety compliance, and snagging/handoversCoordinate with procurement, project engineers, and finance for seamless executionEnsure adherence to SLAs/KPIs and minimize operational downtimePrepare project reports, operational dashboards, and client presentationsRepresent the company during meetings with consultants, landlords, and stakeholdersRequirements7–10 years of solid experience in UAE within Integrated Facilities Management and Technical ContractingProven track record in managing MEP, civil, ad-hoc works, and complete TFM service deliveryIn-depth knowledge of fit-out works, décor works, and project execution under tight deadlinesExcellent project planning, execution, and resource management skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong client relationship management and communication skillsMultilingual candidates preferred; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantageValid UAE Driving License is mandatoryDegree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related technical discipline preferredAbout the CompanyLynx International is a multi-vertical group headquartered in Dubai Production City, specializing in Real Estate Services, Integrated Facility Management, Technical Contracting, Interior Decor Fit-outs and Global Trading.
