You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to source and engage candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and requirements.Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to talent acquisition.QualificationsProven experience as a technical recruiter for 8-10 years, preferably in the engineering, oil & gas, or IT sectors.Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for them.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in recruiting software and tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
