Technical Recruiter

Job Description Responsibilities Source identify and attract top technical talent for engineering IT and product roles Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation Develop and maintain talent pipelines using job boards social platforms and networking Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidate skills and fit Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the hiring process Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in ATS systems Stay current on tech industry trends roles and market compensation Oversee onboarding activities for new hires including paperwork orientation scheduling access setup and coordination with HR/IT teamsSupport new employees during their first weeks to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the team Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter of 2 to 5 years.
