JOB TITLETechnician | MAF Retail | Hypermarket UAEROLE SUMMARYThe Technician is responsible for maintaining the functionality and condition of the stores equipment and machinery while following the set health and safety guidelines in line with company standards and manufacturer recommendations.ROLE PROFILEPerform all preventive maintenance activities of store assets in line with planned preventive maintenance schedule and planning in line with the instructions of the store facility manager.Perform corrective action for the store’s assets when required.Report any malfunction of assets to the store facility manager.Log all activities performed as stated in the standard documentation .Follow up with the service providers the execution of the asset’s maintenance as per the standard set in the annual maintenance contract .Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.Consistency in preventive maintenance .Updated log of maintenance activities performed to the assets.REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent.0- 2 years of experience in a similar role.Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.Adaptive in a multicultural environment.Attentive and actionable.High attention to detail.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
