It helps employees achieve an effective mix between work and home life and supports their efforts to have a positive impact on their communities.You Will Be Responsible ForThe main task of a Territory Manager in Spine is to promote and align with the Spine BU strategic plan.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo achieve sales and profit targets.Spend 75% of the working time in field activities.Maintain collaboration with all company teams to ensure that field operations are properly conducted for customers' benefit.Organize effective and professional meetings with targeted customers. Outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell our product range to potential corporate clients.Generate leads; handle all customer queries including providing quotations and sales follow-up to achieve the BP.Maintain good customer relations and coordination.Provide prompt and accurate information about the products and ensure stock availability and optimal product consumption.Provide relevant information on the products to the customer including in-service, case support, negotiating patient cases with doctors.Service and maintain an existing base of customers while delivering prompt, courteous, and reliable service and simultaneously develop new customer base and avenues of business.Organize all documents to ensure client demands are fulfilled.Main performance measures (Performance Goals)Sales Target AchievementStrategic ThinkingOutward Looking-Customer centricBusiness and results drivenInterdependent partnering abilityPrudent risk takingExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-directed; able to work independently and in a teamAdhere to Company’s Code of Cond
