Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager is accountable for the promotion of the company and its respective products/services through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers within the assigned territory. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities in line with the team.The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships within the assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesDefine the sales strategy and roadmap of the assigned product’s line and territoryEstablish sales budgets and targets and cascade to the team accordinglyManage the entire sales life cycle from prospecting to closingSpecify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing and potential customersResearch, analyze and attract potential partnerships for the assigned territoryLead the vendors’ relations in alignment with the company’s management and strategyDevelop close relationship with top partners in the assigned territoryAssist in building and maintaining a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and new opportunitiesSecure the highest level of engagement and support to channel partners and respond to issues and/or queries in order to efficiently meet customers’ needsDevelop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectivesCoordinate closely with the marketing team to design and implement marketing activitiesPromote the company and its product/service line within the territoryPut available systems into practice (salesforce.com CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for output efficiency and standardizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field.Required SkillsAt least 7+ years of relevant experience of enterprise sales in Cybersecurity solutionsPreferred SkillsExperience in managing sales teams and developing talent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
