In line with its globalization strategy, it has regional offices in Dubai, Algeria, Azerbaijan, the USA, Saudi Arabia, Germany, and the UK, as well as regional directorates in the Levant region, Canada, China, and Latin America.We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager. This position will directly report to the General Manager.Qualifications We Are Looking For in This RoleFluent in English and Arabic.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,Demonstrated experience in trade marketing within the FMCG sector or closely related environment,Strong commercial know-how with understanding of retail channel dynamics, shopper behavior, and category insights,Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into effective trade activation plans,Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into action,Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreating, refining and implementing trade marketing plans that support company’s commercial targets, maximizing retail presence and execution across key channels,Planning and managing trade initiatives, communication plans, and retail activations that support brand and sales objectives, ensuring consistent execution at point-of-sale,Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure that trade activities align with broader business plans and are effectively executed in market,Defining and monitoring execution standards (e.g., visibility, communications, merchandising plans) to ensure high-quality implementation across customer segments,Assisting in management of trade marketing budgets, optimizing spending to achieve the highest ROI and leverage commercial opportunities effectively,Analyzing market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities to inform trade strategies and recommend enhancements,Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including retail partners and agencies, to support trade execution and collaborative initiatives.Our ValuesWe Are Passionate About SuccessWe are dedicated to our work for achieving visible, remarkable, and exceptional results.
