The role focuses on identifying and addressing training needs, with a strong emphasis on managing the Competency-Based Training (CBT) Program for UAE Nationals, in line with company guidelines and Emiratisation objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess training needs and identify skill gaps across the workforceDevelop and implement training programs for UAE Nationals in line with industry standardsProvide expert input in the design and execution of training policies, procedures, and initiativesConduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessionsManage and oversee the Competency-Based Training (CBT) Program for UAE NationalsSupport and enhance training initiatives aligned with the companys Emiratisation strategyPrepare realistic training budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocationMonitor training expenditures and optimize training investmentsMaintain accurate records of employee training progress and certificationsKnowledge & SkillsKnowledgeStrong expertise in training program development and evaluationGood understanding of Emiratisation strategies and competency-based training frameworksSkillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong teamwork and collaboration skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
