As a Travel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their travel plans, ensuring memorable and seamless experiences. Your expertise will contribute to the company’s success in the hospitality industry, handling a variety of travel projects and catering to diverse client needs.As a Travel Consultant at IIQAF, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting travel projects, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities for clients. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and destination knowledge will be key in providing exceptional travel solutions.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice.Research destinations, travel routes, and local attractions to create personalized travel itineraries.Ensure all travel documents and requirements are in order for clients, such as visas and travel insurance.Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to negotiate rates and secure bookings for clients.Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance service quality.Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.Promote additional services and products to enhance the overall travel experience for clients.RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Knowledge of travel booking systems and software.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for travel.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Flexibility to adapt to changing travel requirements and schedules.Previous experience in a customer service or travel-related role is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
