OverviewTruck DriverWe are hiring a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to transport goods and materials from our warehouse in Al-Rayyan to various locations within the country. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, previous experience in truck driving, and a clean driving record.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a variety of trucks, including flatbeds, box trucks, and refrigerated trucksLoad and unload goods using appropriate equipmentPlan routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery of goodsFollow traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices at all timesConduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the truck and report any issues or damages to the supervisorKeep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, etc.Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers on the roadAdhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and transportation regulationsRequirementsValid Qatar driver's license with a clean driving recordMinimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver in Qatar or similar environmentGood knowledge of Qatar roads and traffic lawsAbility to operate manual and automatic transmission vehiclesPhysically fit to load/unload goods and perform other duties as requiredExcellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)Basic math skills for recording deliveries and expensesWillingness to work flexible hours including weekends if neededSalary1600$ per month + overtime pay for extra hours worked.LocationAl-Rayyan, QatarNoteThis position is open for all nationalities.
