We believe that experience is everything and thats why we are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our customers partners and employees.About the RoleAs UAE Marketing Manager the role oversees the planning and execution of The ENTERTAINERs marketing strategy across key markets leading both local and remote teams to deliver impactful campaigns and drive business growth. The role focuses on expanding reach enhancing customer engagement and supporting retail and merchandising initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives. By staying attuned to market trends and leveraging data-driven insights the UAE Marketing Manager plays a central role in creating meaningful experiences for customers partners and employees contributing to The ENTERTAINERs ongoing success.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive product sales renewals and upgrades across assigned market(s) with clear accountability for performance.Drive redemptions & customer engagementCultivate a highly engaged and growing social media community in your market(s)Liaise with key stakeholders and drive strategic marketing & retail sales activity to reach global and local objectives.Identify new channels to market across retail/distribution ATL and BTL marketing activities to overachieve ROI.Identify new customer groups to expand addressable audience developing and updating a persona matrix of key audiences within marketDevelop a targeted promotional campaign calendar - product launches engagement campaigns etc.Work with design and digital teams to implement media objectives and strategies for paid marketing campaigns.Own and execute local PR media relations and partnerships including coordination with ambassadors publishers and relevant third-party platforms to drive earned media and brand visibility.Demonstrate an understanding of the ENTERTAINERs business.Monitor and analyse market retail and media trends competitor activity and performance data to inform strategy and optimisation.Required Experience & Qualifications5 years experience in Marketing within the retail media or FMCG fieldsMust have experience with digital marketing and public relationsSkilled in project management strategy planning and reportingAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong Communication Skills in English is a must.
