Job Description

Job OverviewWe are seeking a UAE National Human Resources Executive to join our People team and support the delivery of strategic and operational HR services across the business. The role will focus on HR operations, employee relations, Emiratisation initiatives, recruitment coordination and HR policy administration, working closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners to ensure timely, compliant and customer‑centric HR solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end‑to‑end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer administration, ensuring a positive candidate experienceDrive Emiratisation programmes and initiatives by identifying talent pipelines, liaising with government bodies and education partners, and tracking national hire targetsAct as first point of contact for employee relations enquiries, providing guidance on policies, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters to senior HR partnersManage HR onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, inductions, probation tracking and exit formalities to ensure accurate records and complianceMaintain HRIS and employee records with high accuracy; run standard reports and support data requests for workforce planning and management reportingSupport payroll and benefits administration by coordinating with external providers, validating inputs and resolving routine queriesContribute to learning and development logistics, including coordination of training sessions, enrolments and post‑training feedback collectionAssist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and employee engagement activities to foster an inclusive workplace cultureSupport compliance with UAE labour law and local regulatory requirements, including visa and labour documentation for national and expatriate employeesPrepare HR metrics, trackers and basic analysis to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with Operations, Finance and Legal teams on cross‑functional HR projects and ad hoc requestsWhat We’re Looking ForUAE national (Emirati) with eligibility to work in the UAEBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience1–3 years’ experience in HR generalist, HR operations or recruitment coordination, ideally within a fast‑paced corporate or retail environmentGood working knowledge of UAE labour law and Emiratisation policiesConfident user of HRIS, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for reporting, trackers and process administrationStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach to confidential mattersOrganised and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProactive, collaborative and solution‑focused with a customer‑centric mindsetFluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantageWhat We OfferOpportunity to play a central role in shaping Emiratisation and HR delivery at a growing organisationStructured onboarding and access to professional development and mentoringCompetitive salary and comprehensive employee benefitsCollaborative, inclusive culture with opportunities to work on cross‑functional projectsEmployee discounts and wellbeing initiativesIf you are a motivated UAE national looking to develop your HR career and make an impact across people and culture programmes, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
