UAE National ONLY (Emirati) Corporate Legal Counsel

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters. This role is ideal for a motivated UAE National with a strong background in corporate law who thrives in a fast-paced business-driven environment.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide legal advice on corporate commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE.</li><li>Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and legal documents.</li><li>Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations including those relevant to corporate governance.</li><li>Support the business in mergers acquisitions joint ventures and restructuring activities.</li><li>Liaise with government authorities regulators and external counsel.</li><li>Advise management on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.</li><li>Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) or Masters Degree (LLM) from a recognized university.</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience in corporate law preferably in a multinational or top-tier law firm.</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.</li><li>Excellent drafting negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>UAE Nationals only</li></ul><h3>Remote Work</h3><p>Yes</p><h3>Employment Type</h3><p>Full-time</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
