DescriptionRole: Unit Head Wealth & Priority Coverage Advisory - Dubai Sharjah & N. EmiratesLocation: DubaiRole Purpose: The role will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Senior Investment Advisers and Investment Advisors to provide advisory services to the banks Wealth & Priority coverage teams.This role involves collaborating with front line teams across Wealth & Priority coverage teams ensuring the suitability of investment products conducting regular portfolio reviews and providing rebalancing recommendations based on the clients risk appetite and time horizon. Drive sales quality and client satisfaction while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.Key Accountabilities of the roleTeam Leadership & ManagementLead and manage a team of Investment Advisors to provide high-level investment advisory support.Ensure the team maintains the highest standards in client interactions and that sales quality is upheld through proper investment suitability subscriptions and redemptions.Foster a collaborative environment ensuring that the team stays aligned with the banks investment strategy and client-centric focus.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development plans for team members.Ensure the team adheres to regulatory requirements.Client Portfolio Management & ReviewsOversee the review of client investment portfolios by Advisors ensuring that periodic reviews are conducted and documented to align with clients risk profiles and objectives.Provide guidance on wealth products asset allocation and investment strategies to support front line teams across Wealth/Priority ensuring alignment with clients long-term goals.Guide Advisors and RMs on investment opportunities and portfolio adjustments based on market conditions and client profiles.Sales Support & Client Relationship ManagementSupport Relationship Managers in managing and signing up NTW clients to support the growth of UHNW and HNW client portfolios.Provide expert guidance on asset allocation investment strategies and risk management ensuring that investment products are aligned with client objectives risk tolerance and time horizon.Foster a high-performance culture ensuring that investment advisers are well-equipped with the latest market knowledge investment products and tools.Ensure that investment advisers meet or exceed penetration revenue wealth AUM growth targets while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.Monitor client feedback and resolve any client-related issues promptly to maintain a high standard of service.Engagement with stakeholdersCollaborate with the ADIB Capital team to develop tailored investment solutions offering market insights and keeping the banks offerings aligned with client demand and market trends.Act as the subject matter expert on all investment-related matters providing guidance to the team and clients.Market Updates and OutlookProvide regular in-depth market updates and outlooks to clients and internal teams keeping all stakeholders informed of market trends economic conditions and investment opportunities.Front-Line Team sessionsHost and facilitate informative sessions with the front-line teams ensuring they have up-to-date knowledge and insights on investment products and strategies to enhance client service.Governance & ComplianceMonitor sales processes to ensure adherence to suitability and compliance requirements avoiding conflicts of interest.Training & DevelopmentProvide the Advisors and Relationship Managers with ongoing product training market updates and investment strategy guidance to enhance their ability to support clients effectively.Regularly provide market insights and product updates to ensure the Advisors are well-informed and can deliver appropriate solutions to clients.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this roleIn-depth knowledge of investment products financial markets and wealth management strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and market trends.Strong leadership and mentoring abilitiesFamiliarity with regulatory requirements particularly in the wealth management space and a commitment to adhering to all relevant compliance standards.Experience with discretionary portfolio management services is a plusPrevious experienceMinimum Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field (advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CFA CAIA FRM or similar preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
