In this vital role you will enhance access for our current products and drive access for new products to serve patients.ResponsibilitiesBuilding account plans and strategies for key brandsMap decision processes and identify key decision makers.Implement and monitor an action plan for priority accounts in cooperation with the Cluster TeamDevelop the pricing policy for all accountsOrganize regular interactions with cross-function teams and share center objectives and information.Demonstrates a deep customer-centric mentality through applied knowledge of the critical drivers of the future landscapeBuild relationships with identified stakeholdersLead the execution part of the Key Account Excellence processEnsure access and reimbursement of new productsEnsure a consistent value offer, account calculation, and implementation follow-upExecute the action plan aligned with the Cluster TeamFollow-up on utilization, access, and price developmentContract fulfillmentFollow-up and update accounts and stakeholders analysis, ensuring a developing understanding of customer needsManaging patients’ Support programs in the country (developing program, execution, follow-up, and monitoring)Prices’ control, tracking, and business case developmentOutputStrategic Action Plans per Priority AccountInclusion of products in Hospital Formularies with price conditions that reflect the valueHigh-quality internal and external customer relationshipsPeriodic activity reports in a covered area (net sales analysis, Price evaluation, and calls.)Developing solutions to address customer needs and bring maximal value for all partiesWinWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our outstanding contributions to serve patients.
