OverviewA leading organization operating in the residential real estate marketing sector is seeking a highly experienced Vice Chief Executive Officer (Vice CEO) to support the Chief Executive Officer in leading the company’s strategic and operational initiatives. The role is responsible for overseeing key departments, ensuring the execution of strategic plans, optimizing financial performance, and driving business growth while maintaining the company’s competitive position in the market.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in setting the company’s strategic objectives and translating them into operational plans across all departments.Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic and operational plans aligned with the company’s mission and long-term goals.Lead the preparation of the annual business plan and budget while monitoring financial performance against targets.Supervise financial performance and ensure adequate funding and efficient resource allocation.Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding operational, financial, and human resource needs.Present periodic reports (monthly, semi-annual, and annual) to senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making.Identify and assess organizational risks and implement mitigation strategies.Oversee operational performance across key departments including marketing, operations, finance, and HR operations.Approve operational plans, organizational structures, and strategic initiatives in coordination with executive leadership.Lead and direct teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and enhance overall operational performance.Represent the organization in official meetings, events, and strategic partnerships when required.Foster collaboration and effective communication between departments to ensure organizational integration.Support initiatives that enhance the organization’s market presence, brand reputation, and business growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with substantial leadership experience in senior executive roles.Proven experience in real estate, real estate marketing, property development, or related sectors is highly preferred.Strong strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership capabilities.Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage multi-department operations.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Solid understanding of regulatory, financial, and operational frameworks within corporate environments.Fluency in Arabic and good command of English is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
