The role focuses on high-level strategy, governance, and performance oversight across large-scale power and energy projects, with a strong preference for candidates who bring solid experience within the Oil & Gas sector.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKey AccountabilitiesServe as the CEO’s strategic advisor and representative when required.Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and executive decision-making.Oversee company-wide performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs across power and energy operations.Provide executive-level insights, risk assessment, and governance support to ensure operational excellence.Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and major power and energy projects, including those related to the Oil & Gas ecosystem.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceProven executive leadership experience in power, energy, or EPC organizations.Strong experience within the Oil & Gas sector is required.Solid background in corporate strategy, organizational leadership, and business transformation.Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive decision-making skills.Experience providing executive-level support and acting as a deputy to senior leadership (CEO).#J-18808-Ljbffr
