VIP Guest Service Associate - Riyadh

The VIP Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering a premium and personalized experience to VIP cinema guests. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and satisfaction for guests using VIP cinema facilities, lounges, and premium services.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist VIP guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.Ensure VIP guests receive a seamless and luxurious cinema experience from arrival to departure.Escort guests to VIP lounges and theaters when required.Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of VIP lounges and seating areas.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.Coordinate with kitchen, concessions, and operations teams to ensure timely service.Monitor VIP screening schedules and ensure guests are seated before showtime.Process payments and operate POS systems when required.Uphold cinema brand standards and VIP service protocols at all times.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or Tourism education is a plus).Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, restaurants, hotels, or cinemas preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.Exceptional guest service skillsProfessional communicationProblem-solving and conflict resolutionTeam collaborationTime managementWorking ConditionsStanding and walking for extended periods.#J-18808-Ljbffr
