These include notable home-grown brands such as Sun & Sand Sports Dropkick Supercare Pharmacy Farm Fresh Klassic and international brands like Nike Columbia Converse Timberland Vans Mama Sitas and McCain.What you\'ll be doingThe Visual Merchandiser will play a key role in creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and enhance the overall shopping experience.Conceptualize and design visually appealing and innovative store displays.Collaborate with the marketing team to align displays with promotional campaigns.Arrange and organize products in an aesthetically pleasing manner.Ensure products are easily accessible and strategically positioned to drive sales.Utilize space efficiently to maximize the impact of displays.Consider traffic flow and customer behavior when planning display layouts.Stay informed about industry trends consumer preferences and competitors visual merchandising strategies.Incorporate current trends into display designs.Work closely with store managers marketing teams and product buyers to align visual merchandising with overall business goals.Provide input on product selection based on visual impact.Implement seasonal and thematic changes to store displays.Provide training to store staff on maintaining visual standards.Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all stores.Manage the visual merchandising budget making cost-effective decisions.Source and negotiate with suppliers for display materials.QualificationsAt least four years of experience in visual merchandising in a furniture storeBachelors degree in Visual Merchandising Design or a related fieldLocation: Umm Suqeim Dubai#J-18808-Ljbffr
