<div><h3>The Mission</h3><p>We are recruiting a high-caliber nursing professional to join a private medical detail aboard a mega‑yacht. Your primary responsibility is the dedicated 1:1 supervision of an 80‑year‑old VIP principal. While the recruitment hub is global the vessel’s itinerary for the upcoming season focuses on the<b>Eastern Mediterranean</b>specifically the<b>Greek Cyclades (Mykonos Santorini)</b>and the<b>Turquoise Coast of Turkey (Bodrum Göcek)</b>. You will ensure continuity of care in a luxury maritime setting blending clinical vigilance with the hospitality standards expected of a seven‑star environment.</p><h3>The Team</h3><p>You will integrate into a fully staffed medical department designed to support high-acuity needs at sea:</p><ul><li><b>Lead British Doctor:</b>Provides clinical governance and remote/on-site oversight.</li><li><b>Physiotherapy Team:</b>On-board specialists handling daily mobility and physical therapy.</li><li><b>Western-Trained Nursing Cadre:</b>You will work alongside peers with similar acute‑care backgrounds.</li></ul><h3>The Safety</h3><p>To guarantee patient safety and practitioner well-being this position strictly adheres to a<b>Double‑Nurse Shift System</b>. This ensures you are never working in isolation and always have the support of a counterpart for handover breaks and clinical second opinions.</p><h3>The Process</h3><ul><li><b>Phase 1:</b>CV and Credential Review.</li><li><b>Phase 2:</b>Comprehensive<b>Online Interview</b>(Secure Video Link).</li><li><b>Phase 3:</b>Contract offer and deployment logistics. (No travel is required for the interview stage).</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>Qualifications:</b>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western accredited university.</li><li><b>Experience:</b>4 years post‑graduate experience in<b>ICU ER or A&E (Acute Care)</b>is mandatory.</li><li><b>Language:</b>Native English speaker or certified C1 proficiency.</li><li><b>Capability:</b>Proven ability to manage complex geriatric care while adapting to the protocols of a private superyacht.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li><b>Remuneration:</b>60000 per annum (Tax‑Free).</li><li><b>Quarters:</b>Premium<b>en‑suite quarters</b>(Single Occupancy) designed for senior crew.</li><li><b>Time Off:</b>30 Days paid annual leave.</li><li><b>Expenses:</b>Full coverage of flights, visas, insurance and on‑board living costs (meals/uniforms).</li></ul><p>Please apply with your full clinical portfolio.
