As a Waitress at our renowned Hanar Restaurant, you will serve as a key member of our hospitality team. In this customer-facing role, you will thrive in an engaging, fast-paced environment, ensuring that each guest receives attentive and exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to kitchen staff, and ensure special requests are accommodated.Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining courtesy and attention to detail.Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond to inquiries swiftly.Ensure tables are clean, organized, and set for the next guests.Handle customer payments and process transactions using the restaurant’s POS system.Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide smooth service.Requirements for the RolePrevious experience as a waitress or in a customer service role in a restaurant setting preferred.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team.Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.#J-18808-Ljbffr
