Receive materials and equipment and verify compliance with Purchase Orders (PO) and approved specifications.Store and organize materials safely and systematically for easy identification and access.Record all material receipts and issues accurately in the inventory system (ERP / Excel).Issue materials as per approved requests and coordinate with procurement and project teams.Monitor inventory levels and raise replenishment requests (PRs) when stock reaches minimum limits.Conduct periodic inventory counts (monthly / annual) and resolve any discrepancies.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper storage practices at all times.Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and prevent material damage or loss.Prepare inventory and stock status reports and submit them to direct management.Perform item coding and item creation in the system for all projects.Requirements1–3 years of experience (in a utilities, infrastructure, or industrial environment is preferable).Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.Good organizational skills and ability to work in a site-based environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
