EY wavespace combines design‑thinking, facilitated co‑creation, digital collaboration tools, and immersive environments to help clients align, ideate, and accelerate transformation.As wavespace continues its expansion across MENA — including the opening of the Riyadh wavespace center — we are seeking an Experience Designer who can elevate client engagements through creative design, compelling narratives, and seamless experience delivery. Nationals are encouraged to apply.Your key responsibilitiesDesign bespoke and repeatable wavespace sessions aligned with our Scan–Focus–Act methodology.Translate complex challenges into high‑impact visual artifacts such as mood boards, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Design and prepare digital canvases using tools like Miro, Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva.Support clients in navigating digital collaboration tools and immersive environments.Collaborate with the Experience Leader/Manager to develop workshop flows, narratives, and session strategies.Help facilitate client workshops, co‑creation exercises, and ideation sessions.Conduct research on innovation themes, industry trends, and user needs to inform design.Contribute to experience‑design standards and toolkits for the wavespace Riyadh launch.Skills and attributes for successStrong visual communication and storytelling skills.Proficiency in design‑thinking and human‑centered design.Ability to design fluently in both Arabic and English.Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear visuals.Comfort facilitating or co‑facilitating sessions.Collaborative mindset and ability to work in fast‑paced creative environments.High attention to detail and ownership mindset.Ideally, you’ll also haveA qualification in design thinking, innovation, or experience design.Experience in an innovation lab, design studio, or consulting environment.Strong client‑facing experience.Arabic fluency (mandatory).A strong design portfolio.What we look forWavespace thrives on motivated, curious, and creative team members who enjoy shaping new approaches and delivering distinctive, immersive client experiences.What we offer youAt EY, we’ll develop you with future‑focused skills and equip you with world‑class experiences.
