Wellbeing Associate Specialist

Role: Wellbeing Associate SpecialistLocation: Abu DhabiRole PurposeReporting to the Employee Engagement & Wellbeing Manager, the Wellbeing Associate Specialist will manage a variety of initiatives focused on staff wellbeing, including charity-related programs, staff raffles, wellness campaigns, turnover reporting, and logistical support for events such as Umra trips.Key AccountabilitiesReview charity-related requests, validate required documents, and prepare employee profiles for committee review.Execute charity committee decisions, including communications, document collection, and disbursements.Organize staff wellbeing draws and raffles, managing memos, data extraction, drawing procedures, and reward distribution.Plan and execute Umra trip arrangements: vendor sourcing, eligibility data preparation, draw management, staff communication, and visa coordination.Prepare and analyze quarterly turnover reports, providing insights and recommendations to enhance retention and employee experience.Coordinate campaigns for staff wellbeing, working across departments to ensure communications and arrangements align with initiatives.Administer monthly staff competitions, including data preparation and draw setup.Specialist Skills / Technical KnowledgeRequired ExperienceProven senior-level experience in business, developing and driving employee engagement strategies within a fast-moving environment.Minimum two years in staff health and wellbeing, customer engagement, experience development, or related fields.Required SkillsCommunication – Effective communicator, interacting with employees, business owners, executives, and wellness professionals.Leadership – Demonstrated interest in overseeing wellbeing program delivery.Marketing – Ability to promote wellness initiatives and create engaging collateral.Strategic Planning – Basic strategic planning skills to develop wellness programs and initiatives.Resilience, empathy, and discretion when supporting sensitive cases.Strong understanding of human resources sustainability.Required EducationA bachelor’s degree in HR, Employee Engagement, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Banking, or related fields.#J-18808-Ljbffr
