At Al-Qadsiah, you’ll play a key role inshaping our legacy, contributing to the nation’s sports vision, and makinghistory every step of the way.<br></p><p><b>Overview:</b><br></p><p>The role focusing on the Player Development: Implement coaching philosophies, manage curriculum, monitor progress, ensure academic/football support, and focus on holistic growth.<br></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b><br></p><ul><li>Staff Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage coaching, education, and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.</li><li>Compliance&Reporting: Ensure adherence to governing body rules (SAFF etc.). Manage audits and report to Women’s Sporting Director</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Liaise with parents, agents, Women’s Sporting Director, Women’s 1st Team Head Coach and coaching staff</li><li>Welfare&Safeguarding: Work with the Club Safeguarding Manager to prioritise child protection, mental health, and overall well-being, ensuring all staff have necessary clearances.</li><li>Deliver best practice across all areas of the academy, including technical coaching, physical performance, nutrition, psychology, mental health, wellbeing and sports medicine.</li><li>Create an environment and workflow that optimizes the individual and collective performance of our players through analysis, data and insight and aligns with the Al Qadsiah Football Strategy</li><li>Provide line management support to the direct reports and align work according</li><li>Maximize the capacities of individual players (within the context of the team) by providing the highest level of coaching possible</li><li>Design individual development plans in line with age group coaches for all academy players</li><li>Work closely across all departments to provide holistic player development</li><li>Provide analysis and key metrics for use in board meetings, strategy meetings, coaching meetings and/or any other relevant forum</li><li>Ensure all continuous professional development and training courses are up to date and the minimum professional standards of the Academy are met.</li><li>Any other reasonable tasks as required by the Women’s Sporting Director<br></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>UEFA A Licence or equivalent (Desirable)<br></li><li>UEFA B Licence (Essential)<br></li></ul><b>Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:</b><br><ul><li>Evidence of creating and leading Academy projects</li><li>Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.</li><li>Proven ability to align daily activities with long-term Club Strategy</li><li>Experience of using data management systems/methodologies to monitor and evaluate performance (Desirable)</li><li>Excellent skills for interacting with diverse groups (players, parents, executives).</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels</li><li>Proactive and innovative mindset to identify and implement new opportunities for improvement</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and a positive, calm and trustworthy manner and way of working</li><li>Must speak fluent English, (Arabic a bonus)</li><li>Experience within a professional club in the Middle East (Desirable)</li></ul><p><b>Why Join Al-Qadsiah?</b><br></p><ul><li><b>Be Part of the Legacy:</b>Join aclub that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead thecompetition and set new standards of excellence.<br></li><li><b>Experience the Culture:</b>Thrive inan environment that values<b>quality, accountability, diversity, synergy,innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony</b>.
