As an Account Manager supporting the Rhythm Management division based in Riyadh, you will drive commercial growth and clinical adoption of our Electrophysiology portfolio across your assigned territory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role combines strategic account management with hands‑on clinical engagement in EP and cath lab environments. You will influence purchasing decisions, support procedures and collaborate cross‑functionally to expand market share while improving patient care. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, clinical excellence and commercial leadership within a fast‑growing therapeutic area.About The TeamThe Rhythm Management division focuses on innovative solutions in Electrophysiology (EP) and Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), supporting physicians and healthcare systems in diagnosing and treating complex cardiac arrhythmias. Our team partners closely with clinicians in EP labs and cath labs to deliver advanced technologies that improve procedural efficiency and patient outcomes.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManage and grow accounts within the Electrophysiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio across hospitals and healthcare institutions in Riyadh and surrounding regions, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.Execute territory and account plans aligned with divisional strategy, identifying opportunities for competitive conversions and new technology adoption.Support physicians and clinical teams in EP labs and cath labs by providing product expertise and technical support during procedures as required.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision‑makers, procurement departments and key clinical stakeholders to influence purchasing decisions and long‑term partnerships.Lead the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, tender preparation, pricing strategy development and contract negotiations in both public and private sectors.Conduct customer mapping and territory analysis to prioritize high‑impact accounts and allocate resources effectively.Collaborate with Field Clinical Specialists, training, education and commercial teams to implement tailored account action plans that address both clinical and commercial objectives.Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and healthcare trends within Riyadh and across KSA to inform strategic decision‑making and territory planning.Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting, ensuring accountability for sales performance within the assigned territory.Travel approximately 60–70% within Riyadh and other regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including periodic overnight travel, to support customer engagement and business development activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.Minimum of 2 years' experience in the medical device industry.Minimum of 2 years' experience in EP lab, cath lab or medical device sales or clinical support.Demonstrated experience working within hospital clinical environments and engaging directly with physicians and clinical staff.Experience managing tenders and interacting with hospital procurement and decision‑making committees.Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a defined territory.Fluency in English.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Electrophysiology and/or Rhythm Management devices and procedures.Experience with 3P or 3D mapping systems is highly preferred due to the specialized nature of this expertise; however, it is not mandatory, and strong EP‑related clinical or commercial experience may compensate.EP lab experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates from a strong medical device environment with relevant clinical exposure will be considered.Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market structure, regulatory pathways and tender processes.Experience supporting complex procedures in EP or cath lab settings.Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.What We Can OfferPermanent employment contract.Competitive compensation and performance‑based incentives.Professional development, technical training and upskilling oppor
