You will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while building structured systems that support sustainable growth.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the accounting team, ensuring performance, accountability, and cohesionEstablish and enforce clear financial processes and internal controlsOversee daily financial transactions, approvals, and payments in line with company policyPrepare and present detailed financial and annual reports to senior management (CEO/MD)Manage relationships with UAE banks, including documentation for loans and financial facilitiesImplement and optimize accounting systems and financial technologiesEnsure all financial records are organized, audit-ready, and fully compliantProvide strategic financial insights and recommend cost optimization initiativesServe as the main point of contact for all accounting-related mattersSkillsSkills & Competencies:Leadership and team managementFinancial reporting and regulatory complianceKnowledge of UAE banking procedures and documentationProficiency with modern accounting and financial systemsAnalytical problem-solvingEducation & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience with Alamein systemCMA certificationMinimum 7 years' progressive accounting experience; 5 years in UAEMarine or shipping industry experienceDipIFR (ACCA Diploma in IFR)English and Arabic proficiencyis a must#J-18808-Ljbffr
