Position: Accounts & Operations ExecutiveLocation: Al Sajaa, Sharjah, UAEIndustry: White Wood, Plywood & Construction Materials TradingSalary: 2500 AED - 3000 AEDExperience Required: Up to 2 YearsRole OverviewWe are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational, coordination, and basic accounting activities for a growing trading business in the UAE. This role requires strong coordination with customers, site teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of orders, timely deliveries, and efficient financial tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & CoordinationPrepare and share quotations based on customer requirements and pricing.Follow up with clients to convert quotations into confirmed orders.Coordinate with site engineers for delivery schedules as per site requirements.Manage transportation logistics, including arranging tempos and tracking delivery expenses.Customer & Payment Follow-upsFollow up with customers for outstanding payments.Send email reminders and maintain regular communication regarding payment updates.Accounts & DocumentationUpdate bank statements and maintain records in the system.Manage petty cash records manually and digitally.Ensure timely invoice submission and proper documentation filing.Monitor system updates, scans, and emails to ensure task completion.Procurement & Vendor ManagementHandle procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers.Prepare cheques and ensure timely payments to vendors.Required SkillsStrong communication and coordination skillsBasic knowledge of accounts, invoicing, and petty cash handlingAbility to manage operations, logistics, and documentation simultaneouslyProficiency in MS Excel and email communicationDetail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsLanguage RequirementFluency in English (Mandatory)Hindi / Urdu (Preferred)Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations / coordination / accountsCandidates currently in the UAE or immediate joiners preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced trading and logistics environmentEmployee BenefitsCompany Accommodation (Yard-based)Company Mobile Recharge2-Year Employment Visa (Fully Inclusive) + Health InsuranceLOE Protection30 Days Paid Annual LeaveAED 750 Air Ticket AllowanceIdeal Candidate ProfileGraduate with experience in operations, logistics, or accountsStrong in coordination, follow-ups, and multitaskingComfortable handling both operational and basic financial responsibilitiesOrganized, responsive, and execution-focused#J-18808-Ljbffr
