In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team by managing our office operations and providing general administrative assistance. You should be able to perform a variety of tasks such as filing, organizing documents, scheduling meetings, taking phone calls, and preparing presentations. We are willing to consider foreigners with the right qualifications for this position.Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field is preferred• At least one year of experience in an administrative role• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)• Good problem solving skillsJob Responsibilities:• Manage all office operations including filing systems, ordering supplies, stocking inventory etc.• Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.• Prepare presentations and reports as required by the team.• Schedule meetings and appointments as needed. • Provide general administrative assistance as requested (typing letters, drafting emails etc.)If you are interested in this position and meet all the qualifications listed above, please submit your application for consideration.
