OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Secretary to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization.ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for executivesPrepare and edit correspondence presentations and reports with a high degree of accuracyAct as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders maintaining professional communication at all timesHandle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretionOrganize and maintain filing systems both electronic and physicalCoordinate and prepare materials for board meetings executive committees and other highlevel gatheringsAssist in planning and executing corporate events and conferencesManage incoming calls emails and visitors prioritizing and directing them appropriatelyProvide general administrative support including document preparation data entry and expense reportingAnticipate the needs of executives and proactively offer solutions to potential issuesHandle all the documentation for the sectionQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as an executive secretary or in a similar role within a fastpaced corporate environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionExcellent attention to detail and problemsolving skillsExperience in calendar management and travel arrangementIndepth knowledge of business etiquette protocol and corporate governance practicesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFlexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours when requiredCertifications in office management or administrative skills are preferredFamiliarity with the business culture and practices in the United Arab Emirates is advantageousRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
