As a UAE National, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangementsHandle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional mannerPrepare and edit various documents, reports, and presentationsOrganize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digitalAssist in planning and coordinating company events and meetingsPerform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databasesProvide general administrative support to various departments as neededGreet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the companyManage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessaryAssist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reportsQualificationsUAE National status0-2 years of experience in administrative rolesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ArabicDemonstrated ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service orientation with a professional demeanorBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)Familiarity with UAE business culture and practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive approach to problem-solving and task management#J-18808-Ljbffr
