OverviewWSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Emirati Architect to join our growing Architecture team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a UAE National architect to contribute to the design and delivery of some of the region’s most forward-thinking, sustainable, and iconic projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, support the preparation of concept, schematic, and detailed designs, and gain exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle—from initial planning to delivery. This role is ideal for an early-career architect who is passionate about design excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of concept, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for projects across various sectors.Prepare and support the production of drawings, 3D models, presentations, and design documentation.Work collaboratively with engineers, planners, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and coordinated project outcomes.Support the team in preparing design reports, specifications, and technical documents.Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections, documenting findings and supporting project progress.Assist senior architects in delivering project packages in accordance with quality standards, timelines, and client objectives.Contribute to design reviews, coordination meetings, and internal workshops.Research materials, products, building codes, and industry trends to support informed design decisions.Maintain accurate project files and ensure compliance with WSP’s design processes, governance, and QA/QC requirements.QualificationsUAE National (Emirati passport holder)Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering3-5 years of professional experience in an architecture or design environmentStrong knowledge of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and construction basicsProficiency in industry-standard software such as: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalentAdobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plusStrong visual and graphic communication skillsExcellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferredAbility to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teamsHigh attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for quality designEagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced consultancy environmentBasic understanding of local regulations, building codes, and relevant standards is beneficialImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
